This Privacy Policy describes how OnPitch handles information when you use the app or contact us for support.

OnPitch and the website may contain links to other websites or products. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other companies. When following a link to another company, you should review that company’s privacy policy.

Analytics

Versions of OnPitch earlier than 2.0 may use Google Analytics for Firebase to help understand app usage and improve the app. Google Analytics for Firebase may collect app usage information, device information, and an app-instance identifier in accordance with Google’s privacy policies.

OnPitch 2.0 does not use Firebase, Google Analytics, third-party analytics, or tracking services.

Microphone Access

OnPitch requests access to your device’s microphone in order to detect pitch and display the notes you sing.

Microphone audio is processed on your device. OnPitch does not record, store, or upload your audio.

Information Collected by OnPitch

OnPitch 2.0 does not require an account and does not collect personal information, analytics data, or tracking data through the app.

Email Communications and Support Requests

If you send us an email, a message through the website contact form, or a communication through a social network, we use the information you provide only to respond to your request.

If you contact support from the app, your email may include technical information such as the app version, build number, iOS version, and device model. This information is provided only when you choose to send the email and is used only to help diagnose and respond to your request.
